Catherine Louise Sagal, better known as Katey Sagal, is an American performer, actress and singer who first made it big with her portrayal of the wife and mother Peg Bundy on the comedy show 'Married .... with Kids'. Her varied roles show that she is both a versatile and talented performer. Her husband Kurt Sutter created the FX show "Sons of anarchy" in which she played the role of 'Gemma Teller' Morrow'. She received an award of a Golden Globe for the role. She's been a voice actor for the character "Leela" on the show 'Futurama' and a few other animated movies. Her initial passion has been music and writing. She sang in a small band, has recorded some records and was a member in the band "Sons of Anarchy".
